Work with and learn the functionality of the latest product builds

Work with subject matter experts to gain knowledge of product functionality

Write procedural and instructional content based on product functionality

Maintain existing content by keeping apprised of product changes and updating topics as needed

Work closely with editor

Work within the confines of an existing style guide

The ideal candidate will have a four-year degree or equivalent, with advanced work in Technical Communication, Instructional Design, Journalism, Education or a related field, plus three years experience in a technical environment as writer.
