We are looking for an innovative Web Designer to update and restyle our current website.  The new site must balance the use of the latest web technology and a visually appealing design. The candidate must have ability to create eye-catching graphics, clean pages, intuitive web navigation and build on current identity and logo. 

The following qualifications are necessary:

A clear communicator and able to glean what will be described by non web designers.

Must understand the most recent web design technologies and have experience using them.  Must have php scripting language, MySQL database HTML, javascript, Flash, Dreamweaver, etc.

Must show experience in web design and development.

Must be able to incorporate our web based application.

Must set distinct deadlines and meet those deadlines.

Must have current samples of website design.

Photography skills a plus.
